Our company’s specialists have commissioned the following equipment for our customer:
1. Two freeze dryers for scientific purposes. Dryers with a steel body are equipped with an advanced version of the software (+ laptop) – this allows to conduct research and develop the technology of drying materials. Oil-free vacuum pump does not require replacement of vacuum oil.
2. 50 liter pilot fermenter with a special configuration for research work (obtaining protein from gas, obtaining haprin, etc.).
Features of the configuration of this fermenter:
- cultivation in a methane gas environment
- chemostat mode (gas supply and extraction with constant monitoring of the liquid level in the vessel)
- remote operator workstation with laptop, with advanced Scada functionality, with remote access to any mobile gadgets of the client
