Our engineers have launched the production line for microbiological synthesis of amino acids, consisting of:
- 2 lines of on-site sterilized BRS fermenters with a total volume of 50-500-5000 liters
- Feeding tanks with total volumes of 1000 liters and 200 liters
- Harvesting tanks with total volume of 5000 liters
- SIP station
Our company has developed a layout scheme for the equipment, its connections, all the necessary drawings, as well as commissioned the equipment and conducted staff training
